Kimera - Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

Kimera, one of the most promising technology start-ups from Valencia. This new company was in need of a good brand strategy and visual brand identity to present itself to the world.

I created their identity created around a logo that represents their values: The colour gradient includes colours that represent specific elements. Orange represents creativity, a key value that is part of the core identity of Kimera. It also represents Valencia, the Spanish city known for the Mediterranean sun and for being a creative home for start-ups and artists from across the world, including Kimera. Green represents Kimera’s dynamic and agile nature, a high-tech environment that moves and adapts to the requirements of the user. Lastly, purple is the colour of unexpected innovation, the magical touch of Kimera in the creative process.

These values can also be recognized in the shape of the Icon logo. The Icon consists of three parts, together forming one whole, like Kimera’s versitility as a company. In the negative space between the parts, the letter ‘K’ can be seen, completing the Icon as an abstract representation of Kimera.
