Automobili Pininfarina x Caffè Vergnano

Customer gifting proposal for Automobili Pininfarina in collaboration with Caffè Vergnano.

The brief was to create an exclusive customer 'lifestyle' gift with partner Caffè Vergnano, a family-run business from the Turin region with a focus on sustainability. Automobili Pininfarina required a gift that would go hand in hand with the customer experience at their atelier in Cambiano. It was important to tell a meaningful story to support the brand message and give the customers a welcoming feeling.

THE STORY OF ITALIAN COFFEE

The concept I presented was focused on the explanation of the Italian coffee ritual. The origin of Turin as coffee capital, the tradition of sharing coffee and give the many international customers a taste of Italian culture in their home.

THE DRIVE MODES

To make the gift more relevant to Automobili Pininfarina and their Battista Hyper GT, the gift box contains four different blends of Caffè Vergnano coffee, based on the drive modes of Battista.

This created an engaging story that supported the product of both companies. While unboxing, the client will get a better understanding of the drive modes of the car; what they do and why they are there. At the same time, Caffè Vergnano’s products are promoted with different blends of their coffee, ranging from soft and creamy to strong and intense.
